The short version

Boomi takes first place because it combines integration, API management, EDI, master data and agent governance with a published entry price: Pay-As-You-Go at $99 a month plus usage, with no contract. Workato has the strongest governance from its entry edition, with dev, test and production environments and role-based access, but it publishes no prices. Azure Logic Apps is the best value for teams on Azure, billed per connector call. Celigo is the easiest enterprise platform to run day to day, and Tray.ai and SnapLogic suit teams that want usage-based or unlimited-volume pricing. Zapier is the governed self-service layer for SaaS work, MuleSoft leads on API-led programs at a $2,000 a month entry, and Jitterbit and Informatica fit teams that want EDI or data management from the same vendor.

Short answer

Boomi is the best iPaaS platform for IT and integration teams that sync many enterprise systems under central governance in 2026, with Pay-As-You-Go at $99 a month plus usage; Workato suits larger teams that want dev, test and production environments and many governed builders; Azure Logic Apps is the cheapest way in at $0.000125 per Standard connector call, and Zapier Professional costs $19.99 a month.

This list is for IT and integration teams that keep ERP, CRM, HR, finance and data warehouse systems in sync and need control over who builds, what runs and where data goes. Each platform here connects many systems through prebuilt connectors and adds governance such as role-based access, separate environments, audit logs or on-premise connectivity. We compared documented features and published prices on each vendor's own pages, and scored capabilities at 40%, ease of setup at 30% and value at 30%. Starting prices are the cheapest paid option in USD as shown on the vendor's page. Workato, Celigo, SnapLogic, Jitterbit and Informatica do not publish prices, so they are marked pending.

    Price

30-day free trial; Pay-As-You-Go $99 per month plus usage, billed monthly; annual plans through sales

Quoted from the Boomi pricing page on November 7, 2026: Pay-As-You-Go $99 per month plus usage, billed monthly

Boomi ranks first because it pairs a broad enterprise feature set with the clearest way to start buying. Its pricing page lists a 30-day free trial of the Boomi Enterprise Platform and a Pay-As-You-Go plan at $99 per month plus usage, billed monthly, with self-service signup by credit card and no contract. Few platforms in this category publish any price at all. The product menu covers what an integration team needs to sync many systems under one set of rules: a low-code builder with data mapping, API Management with governance and security, B2B/EDI Management, Managed File Transfer, Event Streams and Data Hub for golden records. Newer pieces such as the Agent Control Plane and AI Gateway extend the same governance to AI agents and MCP calls. The gaps are on the pricing side: the page does not list the usage rates behind Pay-As-You-Go, and annual editions and user limits go through sales. Budget owners should ask for the rate card before committing.

    What it does well

    • +The only enterprise iPaaS here with a published self-service monthly plan
    • +Pay-As-You-Go needs no contract and signs up by credit card
    • +Integration, APIs, EDI and master data sit in one platform

    Where it falls short

    • −Usage charges on top of the $99 base are not listed on the pricing page
    • −Annual editions and their limits require a sales conversation
    • −User limits vary by plan and are not published

No US price was listed when we checked. See the Workato pricing page.

Workato is the strongest platform here for governed automation at scale, and it would rank higher if it published prices. Its pricing page lists four editions. Standard already includes recipe lifecycle management, dev, test and production environments, SAML SSO, MFA, custom OAuth profiles, role-based access control and 30-day log retention. Business MCP adds pre-built MCP servers, an AI/MCP Gateway, ETL and reverse ETL, an API platform, a dependency graph and 3 on-premise agents for internal systems. Enterprise MCP adds data pipelines, event streams, document processing, data masking, activity audit, hourly key rotation, 90-day log retention and 10 on-premise agents. The catalog lists 1,200+ pre-built connectors, and every edition includes unlimited workspaces and users. The drawback is cost visibility: there are no list prices, concurrency is 1 on the two lower editions, and the page notes that plan structures vary by contract. Expect a sales-led annual deal.

    What it does well

    • +Separate dev, test and production environments from the entry edition
    • +Unlimited workspaces and users
    • +Usage Dashboard tracks task consumption against the plan

    Where it falls short

    • −No published prices for any edition
    • −Standard edition has 1 concurrency and no on-premise agents
    • −Data masking and activity audit wait until Enterprise MCP

    Price

No US price was listed when we checked. See the Celigo pricing page.

Celigo is the easiest enterprise-grade platform here to put into daily use, which lifts it above several larger rivals. Every edition includes the Celigo Marketplace of prebuilt connectors, templates, AI agents and MCP servers, plus MFA, role-based access control and SLA-backed support at no extra cost. Professional adds API Builder, lookup cache, SSO with auditability and a sandbox for testing; Enterprise adds maximum performance, compliance-grade governance and the fastest SLAs. The platform page describes error management that tracks every failure across flows, EDI, integrations and agents from detection to resolution, and lists SSO and SAML, encryption, SOC 2, audit logs and run history. Celigo Ora lets builders create and fix flows in plain language, and headless teams can work through a CLI, Platform MCP or API. The downsides are that prices are only given on a call and that a sandbox and SSO require Professional. A 30-day free trial helps teams test before talking to sales.

    What it does well

    • +SLA-backed support included in every edition at no extra cost
    • +Every failure is tracked from detection to resolution in one place
    • +30-day free trial with unlimited platform access

    Where it falls short

    • −No published prices; pricing comes from a conversation with sales
    • −SSO and a sandbox start at Professional, not Standard

    Price

Pay per use: $0.000125 per Standard connector call and $0.001 per Enterprise connector call; Standard plan from $140.16 per vCPU per month

Quoted from the Microsoft Azure Logic Apps pricing page on November 7, 2026: Standard Connector $0.000125

Azure Logic Apps earns its place by value: it costs almost nothing to start and grows with real usage. The pricing page, shown in USD, lists $0.000125 per Standard connector call and $0.001 per Enterprise connector call, with data retention at $0.12 per GB a month. Teams that need isolation can move to the single-tenant Standard plan, priced at $140.16 per vCPU a month plus memory, which supports local development on Windows, Linux and Mac and a containerized runtime that runs locally, in the cloud or on premises with virtual network capabilities. The product page lists more than 1,400 prebuilt connectors, including Microsoft, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP and IBM Mainframe. Governance comes from Azure itself: subscriptions, role assignments and networking that an IT team on Azure already manages. The trade-offs are forecasting and skills. Per-call billing makes budgets harder to predict, and builders work in Azure tooling rather than a dedicated iPaaS studio.

    What it does well

    • +Lowest entry cost here, paid per connector call
    • +Billing, identity and networking sit inside an existing Azure subscription
    • +Standard plan supports local development on Windows, Linux and Mac

    Where it falls short

    • −Costs depend on call volume and plan, so forecasting takes work
    • −Best fit only for teams already invested in Azure
    • −Builders need Azure portal and resource skills

    Price

No US price was listed when we checked. See the SnapLogic pricing page.

SnapLogic stands out for its pricing model rather than its price, which is not published. Its pricing page describes Essential, Professional and Enterprise One packages that include unlimited pipelines, data movement and integrations, so a busy month of syncing does not change the bill. You choose the data and application endpoints you want, and the price is the same whether pipelines run on a self-managed GroundPlex or on SnapLogic's CloudPlex. The Snaps page lists 1,000+ prebuilt connectors; core Snap Packs come with base packages while premium Snap Packs are sold a la carte. Every package includes online training, a customer success manager and support. Add-ons cover AgentCreator for AI agents, API Management, AI Gateway, ELT, AutoSync and advanced security. SnapLogic can also be bought through AWS, Azure and Google marketplaces, which helps teams with committed cloud spend. The weak points are the demo-first buying process and add-on costs for capabilities that some rivals include.

    What it does well

    • +Data volume does not raise the price
    • +Online training and a customer success manager in every package
    • +Purchasable through the three major cloud marketplaces

    Where it falls short

    • −No list prices; a demo is required for a quote
    • −Premium Snap Packs cost extra

    Price

Free trial; starts at $50 a month on Tray Helix Builder Edition; iPaaS plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are quoted from expected usage

Quoted from the Tray.ai pricing page on November 7, 2026: Tray starts at $50 a month, and a free trial lets you size your usage.

Tray.ai is a capable middle option for IT teams that want usage-based pricing without per-user fees. Its pricing page says Tray starts at $50 a month with a free trial to size usage, though that entry price is for Tray Helix Builder Edition; the iPaaS plans are quoted from expected Tasks. Pro covers specific use cases with 3 workspaces and 7-day log retention, Team adds 20 workspaces, log retention management and Guardian log masking, and Enterprise adds unlimited workspaces, 180-day insights, regional hosting, log streaming, SSO, HIPAA and on-premise connectivity. Every plan includes process automation, data integration, API management, connector development and access to 5,000+ apps, databases, APIs and services. The Agent Gateway for MCP and Merlin Agent Builder bring governance to agents. Downsides: key governance controls such as SSO and on-premise access sit on Enterprise, and default log retention on lower plans is short for audit needs.

    What it does well

    • +No per-user, per-connection or per-runtime fees
    • +Published entry price of $50 a month
    • +Usage dashboards keep tracking Tasks after purchase

    Where it falls short

    • −The $50 entry applies to Helix Builder Edition; iPaaS plans are quoted

    Price

Free plan with 100 tasks a month; Professional from $19.99 per month; Team from $69 per month; Enterprise through sales

Quoted from the Zapier pricing page on November 7, 2026: Professional Starting from $19.99 /month

Zapier is not a classic iPaaS, but many IT teams use it as the governed self-service layer next to one. Its Enterprise page lists SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 audits, GDPR and CCPA compliance, enterprise SSO with SAML 2.0 and SCIM, observability through logs, analytics and alerts, and an audit trail. The catalog covers 9,000+ app integrations and 66,000+ triggers and actions, by far the widest here. Pricing is public: a free plan with 100 tasks a month, Professional from $19.99 a month and Team from $69 a month for 25 users, with Enterprise through sales. Ease of setup is the best on this list because business users can build Zaps without integration training. It ranks below the dedicated platforms on capabilities for this use case: there is less depth for on-premise systems, EDI, master data or high-volume bulk sync, and task-based billing gets expensive when every record movement counts as a task.

    What it does well

    • +The largest app catalog on this list
    • +Business users can build without integration training
    • +Permanent free plan and published paid prices

    Where it falls short

    • −Built for SaaS apps, with fewer options for on-premise systems than iPaaS rivals
    • −Task-based billing climbs quickly for high-volume syncs
    • −SSO and SCIM governance sit on sales-led plans

    Price

30-day free trial; packages start at $2,000 per month, billed annually; Pre-Commit needs a $50K minimum annual commitment

Quoted from the MuleSoft pricing page on November 7, 2026: MuleSoft packages start at $2,000 per month, billed annually.

MuleSoft has the deepest capability set here, but cost and complexity hold it to eighth for most IT teams. Its pricing page now lists packages from $2,000 per month, billed annually, each with an allocation of Mule Credits that can be spent on integration, API management, automation and agents. Buyers can pre-purchase credits, pre-commit with a $50K minimum annual commitment, or pay a custom fixed price for uncapped credits. The Anypoint Platform covers API design, Anypoint Code Builder, Anypoint Exchange for reusable assets, Omni Gateway and API Governance, and Runtime Manager and Monitoring. Deployment is flexible: CloudHub, or Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, GCP and on premises through Runtime Fabric. The FAQ cites over 1,500 pre-built connectors. The limits are practical. It is built for developers, credit needs must be estimated with sales, and the entry price is far above Boomi or Tray.ai. A 30-day free trial without a credit card lets teams test first.

    What it does well

    • +Deepest API management and governance on this list
    • +Deploys to CloudHub, Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, GCP or on premises
    • +Published starting price of $2,000 a month

    Where it falls short

    • −Highest entry price here at $2,000 a month billed annually

Jitterbit offers a complete low-code platform for mid-market IT teams, with fewer connectors than the leaders. Its Harmony platform brings together Jitterbit iPaaS, EDI, API Manager, App Builder and MCP support. The iPaaS page describes drag-and-drop integration across hybrid, cloud and on-premises applications, a Connector Builder and Connector SDK for custom connectivity, and a Management Console that shows agents, environments and projects with real-time alerts and a complete audit trail. API Manager covers creating, publishing and measuring APIs across their lifecycle, and AI assistants help build connectors and map data. The connectors page lists more than 200 connectors, a much smaller catalog than Boomi, SnapLogic or Workato, although the SDK and generic REST support fill gaps. Prices are not published, and the free trial goes through a request form. Jitterbit makes sense when one vendor for integration, APIs and EDI matters more than the widest catalog.

    What it does well

    • +iPaaS, API Manager, EDI and App Builder on one platform
    • +Audit trail and alerts in a single Management Console
    • +Connects legacy and on-premise systems

    Price

No US price was listed when we checked. See the Informatica Cloud Application Integration pricing page.

Informatica is strongest when application integration is part of a wider data management program. Cloud Application Integration sits inside the Intelligent Data Management Cloud next to data integration, data quality and observability, MDM and 360, governance, access and privacy, and a data marketplace. The product page lists multi-pattern real-time integration, business process automation, no-code API management, low-latency responses and a no-code GenAI app builder, with hundreds of no-code cloud connectors. Pricing uses Informatica Pricing Units, a consumption model that lets customers swap between services and track usage, and the page notes that CLAIRE AI and Informatica Headless come at no additional cost. That breadth is the reason to choose it and also its drawback: for a team that only needs to sync applications, IDMC is a lot of platform to learn. Prices are quote only, and the pricing page offers a quote form rather than a trial.

    What it does well

    • +One consumption model (IPUs) across many data management services
    • +Connects to data quality, governance and MDM in the same cloud
    • +CLAIRE AI and Informatica Headless at no additional cost

    Where it falls short

Before you pick a product or a plan

Map your systems before you compare catalogs

List every system the integration program must reach, including on-premise ERPs, databases and file shares, and check each one against the vendor's connector list. Headline counts range from more than 200 connectors at Jitterbit to 1,400+ on Azure Logic Apps and 9,000+ apps on Zapier, but depth for SAP, NetSuite or a mainframe matters more than the total.

Decide how on-premise systems will connect

Workato includes on-premise agents from its Business MCP edition, MuleSoft runs on premises through Runtime Fabric, SnapLogic charges the same price on a self-managed GroundPlex as in the cloud, and Logic Apps Standard runs on premises with virtual network capabilities. Tray.ai keeps on-premise connectivity for Enterprise. Confirm the edition before you plan the architecture.

Check governance in the edition you will buy

Role-based access, SSO, audit logs and separate test environments are often split across editions. Workato puts dev, test and production environments in Standard, Celigo adds SSO and a sandbox at Professional, and Tray.ai adds SSO at Enterprise. Ask for the feature matrix of the exact edition in your quote.

Model the pricing unit against your volume

Boomi charges $99 a month plus usage, MuleSoft sells Mule Credits from $2,000 a month, Tray.ai counts Tasks, Logic Apps bills per connector call, Informatica uses Pricing Units, and SnapLogic includes unlimited data movement in its packages. Price one busy integration, such as a nightly sync of 100,000 records, in each vendor's unit before comparing.

Plan for monitoring and errors

An integration that fails quietly can corrupt records across systems.
