The platform covers application integration, data pipelines, API management, low-code apps, RPA and AI agents, and Workato says it connects to 17,000+ apps, APIs, databases, files and MCP servers. It sells three editions. Standard includes recipe lifecycle management, dev, test and production environments, SAML SSO and 30-day log retention. Business MCP adds pre-built MCP servers, an AI and MCP gateway, ETL and reverse ETL, and 10 Enterprise Workbots. Enterprise MCP adds event streams, intelligent document processing and unlimited Workbots. Agent Studio and Genies handle agent work across sales, IT, HR and support. Prices are not published and editions are sold through sales, so plan on a procurement process. For a small team, Zapier, Make or n8n will cover the same everyday workflows for much less.
