Jitterbit offers a complete low-code platform for mid-market IT teams, with fewer connectors than the leaders. Its Harmony platform brings together Jitterbit iPaaS, EDI, API Manager, App Builder and MCP support. The iPaaS page describes drag-and-drop integration across hybrid, cloud and on-premises applications, a Connector Builder and Connector SDK for custom connectivity, and a Management Console that shows agents, environments and projects with real-time alerts and a complete audit trail. API Manager covers creating, publishing and measuring APIs across their lifecycle, and AI assistants help build connectors and map data. The connectors page lists more than 200 connectors, a much smaller catalog than Boomi, SnapLogic or Workato, although the SDK and generic REST support fill gaps. Prices are not published, and the free trial goes through a request form. Jitterbit makes sense when one vendor for integration, APIs and EDI matters more than the widest catalog.
