Cognigy.AI is built for contact centers and sits on top of the phone and digital systems a company already runs. NiCE Cognigy lists connections to Amazon Connect, Avaya, Genesys and NiCE CXone, 110+ prebuilt tools and integrations, and two-way MCP for everything else. In AI Agent Studio you mix LLM reasoning with deterministic steps, which matters when a refund rule or identity check must run the same way every time. Knowledge AI ties answers to verified content, and AI Agent Evaluation runs simulated conversations before launch and after every change. When a person is needed, Live Agent receives the conversation with a summary, and Agent Copilot keeps helping the human in real time. AI Ops Center lets you pick a model per job from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS or your own and fail over when a provider goes down. NiCE cites 100+ languages and 25K+ concurrent interactions. Pricing is not published, so plan for a sales-led evaluation.
