Kore.ai rebuilt its conversational platform as the Agent Platform, branded Artemis, and it remains the most complete option here for enterprises that run chat and voice at scale. Kore.ai documents deployment to 27 channels, from web and voice to Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Slack, Webex and Zoom, without rebuilding the agent per channel. Builders work in Agent Studio with visual or code authoring, or in ABL, a typed language that defines behavior, tools, guardrails and handoffs in a structured form. Autoloop evaluates agents against goals before and after launch, and StateTrace records the full execution path for audits. The platform lists PCI, SOC 2, GDPR and FedRAMP certifications and pluggable model providers including Anthropic, NVIDIA and Cohere. For service teams, Kore.ai offers more than 100 prebuilt use cases for banking, healthcare and retail with HIPAA compliance included. The trade-off is cost visibility: there is no public price list, so budget for a sales process and an implementation project.
