HubSpot's Customer Agent lives in Service Hub and, according to HubSpot, answers customer questions across chat, email, forms and calling, escalating to your team when it cannot help. Its main appeal is the shared CRM: the agent works from the same contact records that sales and marketing use, so a support conversation can inform a renewal or an upsell. AI usage is metered in HubSpot Credits, with 5,000, 10,000 or 15,000 credits a month included on Starter, Professional and Enterprise, and HubSpot lets admins set credit limits per action. The pricing page lists the customer agent from Professional upward, so it is not part of the cheap Starter tier. When we checked from our location the page showed euro prices only, so the USD price is marked pending. For teams not already on HubSpot, Intercom or Zendesk offer more support-specific depth for a similar outlay.
