Fathom gives away the part most competitors meter. The free plan records and transcribes an unlimited number of calls, writes instant AI summaries, and lets you clip, search and build playlists. It works in Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, with a choice between a visible bot and bot-free capture, which is a beta feature on Mac. Premium costs $16 per user per month on annual billing or $20 monthly, and adds advanced summaries, AI action items and the conversational assistant without limits. Team at $15 per user annually, with a two user minimum, adds a shared workspace, trackers, search across team calls and HIPAA compliance under a standard BAA. Business at $25 adds CRM field sync, a deal view and coaching metrics for sales teams. Integrations cover Zapier, Make, Slack, Claude, ChatGPT and a public API with MCP. The limits are that action items and follow-up emails sit behind the paywall, and Team pricing assumes at least two seats.
