Zapier Agents is the low-cost way into hosted agent building, and its main asset is reach. Agents draw on company knowledge you add, such as FAQs, docs and links, and can perform tasks across Zapier's 9,000+ apps, on command or while you sleep. Zapier Copilot helps you set up a specialized agent, and ready-made templates cover meeting prep, enterprise lead qualification, Zendesk ticket replies and lead enrichment. Every Agents plan includes live data sources, web browsing and a Chrome extension. The free plan allows 400 activities a month, and Agents Pro costs $400 a year, or $33.33 a month, for 1,500 activities. Those caps are the main limit: an agent that handles every inbound lead or ticket can use them up quickly. Agents are also a separate subscription from Zapier's automation plans, so teams that need both pay twice.
