Apollo is built for servers whose calendar is the point: raid groups, racing leagues, tabletop clubs and community meetups. Organizers create an event with a slash command or in the dashboard, and members sign up with one click on a button in the channel. Signup options can be custom, with per-option capacity, automatic waitlists and role restrictions, which fits raid rosters and race grids better than a yes, no, maybe poll. Apollo can open a thread per event, add attendees to it, assign a role on signup and send reminders. The free plan gives unlimited events but only 1 recurring event, 1 reminder per event and 2 months of history. Premium, at $6 per month billed annually, lifts those limits and makes Google Calendar sync automatic, while Premium Pro at $20 per month billed annually adds cross-posting to several servers and custom bot branding. It is a narrow tool, but it does its job well.
