Native integrations with Nintex Automation CE and K2 let a bot handle the screen steps inside a broader approval or document workflow. Nintex Desktop Guide is a different idea: it highlights the next required action on screen and blocks the user from skipping steps, which helps with training on old systems. On security, Nintex says it is the only RPA vendor with ISO 27701 certification and lists ISO 9001, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. It ranks last here because prices go through a contact form and the AI and orchestration features are thinner than those of the top four.
